Criteria for Admission to SIBM
SIBM Pune’s admission process for MBA courses begins in August with the release of the SNAP application form. The examination is held in December, and the selection process is completed by March.

SIBM Pune has an application fee of Rs 1,000. Candidates seeking full-time MBA admission must first enroll in the SNAP program before enrolling in the course. Follow the steps outlined below to complete the SIBM Pune application process.
SIBM Placement
SIBM Pune has experienced active recruitment in areas such as sales and marketing, IT/ITES, analytics, development, and e-commerce over the years. The 2019 selection process included 90 businesses and 180 students. Approximately 186 transactions were completed in various industries. The highest annual CTC was Rs 34.26 lakh, and the lowest annual CTC was Rs 20.14 lakh (a rise of 15.21 percent from the previous year).
Top recruiters include Amazon, Ola, Pepsico, HSBC, KPMG, Philips, Samsung, Hindustan Unilever, Bajaj Finserv, and others.
More than 90 companies have invested in 2019 placements, the most in the last three years. In the 2018-19 batch, 83 companies participated, while 85 companies participated in the 2017-18 batch. This year’s placements have already seen an increase in the number of PPOs. This year, 87 PPOs were issued, up from 83 the previous year.
This year, 192 years ago, more than 90 employers created a total of 186 job openings. As a result, the number of transactions has decreased slightly from the previous year.
